Studying about the unconscious mind in school intrigued me to pursue psychology. I enjoy “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus as my favorite song. During challenging times, the quote that resonates with me is “Learning my ways to live bright.” In my leisure, I engage in skincare, connect with others, read, and immerse myself in nature.
I integrate Client-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioural, Rational Emotive Behavioural, Existential, and Psychodynamic therapy approaches. Emphasizing self-reflection, I offer a non-judgemental, safe, inclusive, and confidential space for catharsis. Each session is customized to the client's unique concerns for holistic well-being. My focus involves exploring clients’ cognitions, behaviors, emotions, past experiences, and patterns to foster awareness and insights for independent self-growth.
